A sharp-eyed officer caught a bleary-eyed theft suspect Monday morning.
According to the police report:
A Wichita Falls Police officer spotted a pickup truck parked at a carwash on Fairway Boulevard. The officer had seen the vehicle parked there earlier at the beginning of his shift and decided to check on it. As he approached, he found a woman lying in the front seat with her head tilted and her mouth open.

Not sure if she was experiencing a medical episode or if the woman was simply asleep, he woke her.
After discovering she was only asleep, a police dispatcher notified the officer the vehicle was stolen earlier that day. The officer arrested Jessica Adams and charged her with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
