Cleveland man overdoses behind the wheel with stolen property in vehicle: Parma Police Blotter - cleveland.com

PARMA, Ohio

Drug abuse, Stanbury Road: On March 26, police were dispatched to a Stanbury Road address after a passerby noticed a man passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle.

An arriving officer discovered the driver was overdosing. After revived by Narcan, the Cleveland man was arrested for possession of suspected felony drugs.

Also, officers found stolen property in the vehicle. He was cited for theft and disorderly conduct intoxicated.

Fraud, Bradley Avenue: On March 24, police were dispatched to a Bradley Avenue residence after a man discovered someone fraudulently used his identity to open multiple credit cards.

There are no suspects. Police are investigating.

Drug abuse, Brookpark Road: During a March 24 traffic stop of a Chevy Cruze for an equipment violation, police discovered a Cleveland woman was in possession of suspected felony drugs.

She was cited for drug abuse.

Disorderly conduct intoxicated, Snow Road: On March 25, police were dispatched to a Snow Road home regarding a report of an overdosing woman.

An arriving officer located the Cleveland resident, who was revived using Narcan. She was cited for disorderly conduct intoxicated.

Drug abuse, State Road: During a March 26 traffic stop of a Chevy Malibu for an equipment violation, police discovered a Parma man was in possession of suspected felony drugs.

The resident was arrested for drug abuse.

Weapons offense, State Road: During a March 26 traffic stop of a Mercury Mountaineer for an equipment violation, police discovered a Cleveland man had two handguns. He was charged with a weapons offense.

Breaking and entering, Brookpark Road: On March 26, police were dispatched to Big Creek Convenience on Brookpark Road after an employee discovered an unknown male entered the business and removed property. There are no suspects. Police are investigating.

Theft, Pleasant Lake Boulevard: On March 26, a Pleasant Lake Boulevard resident called police after discovering someone took his license plate from his Chevy Impala. There are no suspects. Police are investigating.
