Deputies say a Dansville man faces a DWI charge after falling asleep at the wheel in Ontario County.
On Friday around 8:43 p.m. deputies arrested Andrew Ryder, 53, of Danssville for driving while intoxicated.
Deputies say it following a complaint of a vehicle parked at the intersection of State Route 64S and State Route 20A. The complainant said that the operator of the vehicle was asleep at the wheel.
Ryder was found to have been intoxicated and issued appearance tickets for driving while intoxicated, and driving with a BAC over .08%.
The charges will be answered in Bristol Town Court at a later date.
